Deadly fall: Boulder crashes through car sunroof, kills woman instantly

Raigarh (The Uttam Hindu): A 43-year-old woman died in a tragic accident at Tamhini Ghat in Maharashtra's Raigarh district. A large piece of rock suddenly fell on her car as it was traveling on a mountain road, shattering the sunroof and landing directly on her head.

The deceased has been identified as Snehal Gujarati (43). She was traveling from Pune to Mangaon with her family. The accident occurred so suddenly that no one had a chance to react. The incident occurred near the border of Kondithhar village when a large boulder, knocked off the mountain, fell on the car. The sunroof glass shattered, and the stone struck Snehal, who was sitting in the passenger seat, directly on the head. She died on the spot, while the rest of the car remained largely unscathed.

Locals and police immediately arrived at the scene and retrieved the body. The accident caused widespread panic in the area, and the family was devastated.
