Espionage Network Busted: 6 Individuals Including YouTuber, Arrested for Leaking Information to Pakistan

Sirsa (The Uttam Hindu): Haryana's famous YouTuber Jyoti Malhotra has been arrested on charges of spying for Pakistan. Along with this, security agencies have succeeded in arresting six spies from Punjab and Haryana. These people have been arrested from Kaithal, Hisar, Nuh and Panipat in Haryana as well as Malerkotla in Punjab. These people are accused of sending confidential military information of India to Pakistan.

According to the information, YouTuber Jyoti Malhotra and her five companions are involved in this. Jyoti has been arrested from New Agrasen Extension in Hisar. Jyoti is a resident of Hisar. Jyoti Malhotra has been taken to the CIA Staff Hisar office by the IB team for questioning. Jyoti told the police that she had gone to the Pakistan High Commission in the year 2023 to get a visa. There she met Ahsan ur Rahim alias Danish. She took Danish's mobile number. Both of them started talking. After that she traveled to Pakistan twice. Jyoti told that in Pakistan, on the advice of Ahsan ur Rahim, she met his acquaintance Ali Ahwan. Ali Ahwan made arrangements for her travel and stay. Ali Ahwan arranged her meeting with Pakistani intelligence and security officials. Jyoti told that she also met Rana Shahbaz and Shakir. She also took Shakir's mobile number and saved it in her mobile with the name of Jat Randhawa so that no one would suspect. After coming back to India, she started staying in touch with those people through Whatsapp, Snap Chat and Telegram. She started sending anti-national information to them.

The accused arrested in the espionage case include 32-year-old Ghazala. Ghazala was involved in financial transactions with Danish and was helping in the visa process. Apart from this, Yamin Mohammad is also involved, who used to help Danish in sending money through hawala and other means. Also, Devinder Singh Dhillon has been arrested from Kaithal in Haryana. He came in contact during a visit to Pakistan. He had sent videos of Patiala Cantonment to Pakistani agents. Apart from this, a local youth named Arman has been arrested from Nuh in Haryana, who provided Indian SIM cards and visited the site of Defense Expo in 2025 on the instructions of Pakistani agents.
