HP Board 12th Result 2025: 83.16% Pass Percentage, Mehak from Una Tops the State

Shimla(The Uttam Hindu): The Himachal Pradesh School Education Board has announced the results of the Class XII examination, with an overall pass percentage of 83.16%. A total of 86,373 students appeared for the exam, out of which 71,591 candidates passed.

Merit List Highlights

In the overall merit list, 75 students have secured top positions, with 61 places occupied by girl students and 14 by boys. Mehak from Una district has secured the first position with 486 marks (97.2%). Private schools have secured 35 places, while government schools have secured 40 places in the merit list.

Faculty-wise Toppers

1. Science Faculty: 48 students have secured top positions, with 18 places occupied by government school students and 30 by private school students.

2. Commerce Faculty: 21 students have secured top positions, with 13 places occupied by government school students and 8 by private school students.

3. Arts Faculty: 40 students have secured top positions, with all places occupied by government school students.

How to Check Results

Students can check their results on the board's website or obtain information regarding exam results on specific telephone numbers during working days. Copies of certificates are also available on DG Locker for the convenience of candidates.

Re-evaluation and Re-inspection

Candidates can apply for re-evaluation or re-inspection of answer sheets through the online system on the board's website till June 1, 2025. A fee of ₹1,000 for re-evaluation and ₹800 for re-inspection per subject applies.
