Kaushambi Accident: 5 Dead, 3 Battling for Life After Mound Collapse

Kaushambi (The Uttam Hindu): A mound of soil suddenly collapsed near Nagar Palika Bharwari in Tikar Dih village of Kokhraj police station area of ​​Kaushambi in UP. At least five people died in this tragic accident, while three others were seriously injured. The incident created panic in the entire area.

According to the information received, this accident happened when some people were working near a mound of soil and suddenly the mound of soil fell on them. Five people died on the spot after being buried under the debris. Relief and rescue work was started immediately with the help of local people.

Three people injured in the accident have been sent to Manjhanpur Medical College for immediate treatment, where they are undergoing treatment. The condition of the injured is said to be critical.

With the help of local people, the police took out the bodies from the debris and took them into custody and sent them for postmortem.
