Major Blow to AAP in Delhi: 13 Councillors Resign, Mukesh Goyal to Lead New Party

New Delhi (The Uttam Hindu): 13 councillors of Aam Aadmi Party in Delhi have resigned from the primary membership of the party. A meeting of the councillors was held on Saturday under the leadership of councillor Hemchandra Goyal and many decisions were taken in it. All the councillors have decided to form a Third Front, whose leadership has been decided to be given to Mukesh Goyal.

This new third front has been named Indraprastha Vikas Party. Former leader of the house Mukesh Goyal said that orders always came from above. Nothing from below was heard. I was made the leader of the house but we had no information. I contested the 2022 elections on AAP ticket. At the same time, Hemchand Goyal said that corporation means decentralization of power but AAP gave power to a single person at the central level.
