Loan Default Triggers Violent Kidnap and Forced Oral Sex, Recorded for Blackmail in Mumbai

Mumbai (The Uttam Hindu) : Humanity was shamed in Mumbai when two young friends were allegedly humiliated by some people by stripping them naked for not repaying their loan.

According to the police, the accused not only humiliated these youths, but also threatened to capture it on camera and post it on social media. The police have arrested the main accused, while the search for three other absconding accused is on. These people work as couriers. Police say that the accused had given loans to the victims and also accused them of theft. According to the police, both the youths were allegedly kidnapped, beaten up and locked in a room. There they were forced to remove their clothes and forced to have oral sex with them.

A case has been registered at Lokmanya Tilak Marg police station on the complaint of the victims. Action has been initiated in the case under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses (POCSO) Act and the Indian Penal Code. Police said that one accused has been taken into custody, while police teams have been sent to different places in search of the remaining three.
