Student alleges sexual abuse by dance teacher; complaint brings case to light

New Delhi (The Uttam Hindu): A shocking incident has come to light in Ghaziabad, where a dance teacher sexually assaulted a 17-year-old minor. Police have registered a case in this matter.

The 17-year-old student lives with her parents and younger brother. The mother of the frightened student studying in an inter college told the police that my daughter used to go to dance lessons from November 10. She was becoming silent for a long time. Sometimes I asked her what happened. Then she would get scared and go to her room. This continued for 3-4 days. So I took my daughter into my confidence and asked her the reason for her being silent. Then my daughter started crying loudly. I consoled her, made her quiet. Then I asked her what is the matter, what has happened. Then she told me in fear that the dance teacher in the dance academy has been molesting me physically for many days. He even molests my private parts and sensitive organs.

The victim, who was forced to remove her clothes during dance lessons, told her mother and the police that the dance teacher at the dance academy had been harassing her for several days. He would inappropriately touch her private parts while teaching. He would make her remove her clothes and touch her private parts. The student said, "On December 20th, when I went to learn dance, the teacher harassed me and harassed me. He then told me that he had booked a hotel room and that I had to go to the hotel room." When I refused, he threatened to kill me. The dance teacher then performed oral sex on me while naked. When I refused, he began harassing and defaming me in various ways, even threatening me and torturing me mentally and physically. The victim said that the dance teacher has done this several times and is constantly pressuring me to have physical relations with him. She said, "He forces me to go to the hotel room and threatens to kill me if I refuse." At present the police is investigating this matter.
