New Delhi (The Uttam Hindu): Kinetic Green CEO Sulajja Firodia Motwani said that 95 percent of Indian parts have been used in the electric golf cart introduced by the company for the global market in partnership with Tonino Lamborghini SpA.

Speaking to news agency IANS, Kinetic Green CEO Sulajja Firodia Motwani said, "Kinetic Group always brings innovative products. We have always partnered with big companies like Mercedes-Benz, Honda Motor Company, Hyundai Taejin and many others to bring new technology and bring a big change in the market."

He further said that this is also a similar effort in which we have focused on the fast-growing golf and lifestyle segment and have partnered with Tonino Lamborghini SPA. It will see a blend of Italian design with Indian engineering and manufacturing.

Motwani said, "This is the first time that EV products made in India have been presented to the world. I am proud that we have used 95 percent Indian parts in making it and it is truly a Made in India product."

Kinetic Green Energy on Thursday launched the global 'Made in India' electric golf cart. The company has developed this golf cart in collaboration with Italian brand Tonino Lamborghini SPA.

He further added that with the launch of this product, Kinetic Green's entry has expanded from two-wheelers and three-wheelers to the four-wheeler segment.

The key features of the golf and luxury carts launched by the company include optimized McPherson suspension for smoothness and hydraulics with advanced four-wheel brakes for stability. The power unit is capable of generating 45 Nm of torque and 30 percent gradeability, making it easier to go anywhere.
