New Delhi (The Uttam Hindu) : Panic gripped the West Vihar area of Delhi when unidentified bike-borne assailants opened fire outside a gym. The shooting occurred outside the "RK Fitness by Rohit Khatri" gym, where the attackers fled the scene.

However, it's a matter of relief that no one was reported injured in the shooting. Shortly after the incident, a post attributed to Randeep Malik, a self-proclaimed gangster, went viral on social media, claiming responsibility for the shooting.

Open threat given to the gym operator

In the viral post, the gym operator has been directly threatened and it has been written that this firing has been done at the behest of Randeep Malik and Anil Pandit (USA). It has also been alleged in the post that this attack was done because he did not answer the phone call and has been warned of facing serious consequences in future. It has been said in threatening words in the post that if he does not pick up the call next time, the gym operator will be picked up in the same manner as happened in the case of the infamous Nadir Shah earlier. Along with this, support has also been given by taking the names of many notorious gangs.

Police and forensic team on the spot

As soon as the incident was reported, the West Vihar police station reached the spot and, along with the forensic team, collected evidence from the scene. Footage from nearby CCTV cameras is being examined to identify the attackers and trace their escape route. Police officials said that the viral social media post is also being investigated by the cyber cell to clarify which account and location the post was shared from.

The post, which mentions gangster Lawrence Bishnoi by name, states that those who are his enemies will remain enemies for life. It also expresses support for several notorious gangs, including the Lawrence Bishnoi gang. Police are investigating the incident as a gang war,

and security has been increased in the area.
