Man falls from 10th floor while turning in sleep, survives after leg gets stuck on grill; shocking video surfaces

Surat (The Uttam Hindu): A startling incident proving the saying “Whom God protects, no one can harm” has emerged from Surat, where a man fell from the 10th floor of a building while sleeping but survived due to a miraculous turn of events. The incident took place around 8 am on Wednesday at Times Galaxy building in Jahangirpura.

According to information, 57-year-old Nitinbhai Adiya was sleeping near a window in his apartment. While turning in his sleep, he lost balance and fell down from the 10th floor. During the fall, his leg got stuck in the grill of an 8th-floor flat, leaving him hanging upside down and preventing a fatal fall.

As soon as neighbors noticed the incident, they alerted the fire brigade. Rescue teams from Jahangirpura, Palanpur, and Adajan fire stations rushed to the spot. Firefighters carried out a rescue operation using ropes and safety belts, while a safety net was deployed below as a precaution. After significant effort, the man was safely pulled up.

Following the rescue, he was immediately shifted to a hospital, where he is currently undergoing treatment. A video of the incident has surfaced and is leaving viewers shocked by the narrow escape.
