Vijay Sampla thanks PM Modi for Padma Shri honour to Sant Niranjan Das Ji

New Delhi (The Uttam Hindu): Former Union Minister Vijay Sampla has expressed his heartfelt gratitude to the central government, led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, for bestowing the Padma Shri award upon Sant Niranjan Das Ji, the revered saint of the Ravidassia community and head of Dera Ballan.

Sampla said that Sant Niranjan Das Ji has dedicated his life to spreading the teachings of Sant Guru Ravidas Ji Maharaj in India and abroad, and to promoting social harmony, service, and humanity. He said that receiving the Padma Shri award is a matter of pride not only for the Ravidassia community but for the entire country.

He specially thanked Prime Minister Narendra Modi for this historic decision and said that this honor is a testament to the recognition of the contributions of the saints and great personalities of the community.
