Badshah's trouble deepens: Police move to arrest singer over controversial song 'Tatihari

Mumbai (The Uttam Hindu): Punjabi singer Badshah is in trouble over the song "Tatihari." The Haryana Women's Commission has already issued a summons to him for using controversial words referring to girls in the song, but now the singer's song has been removed from YouTube.

Due to this song, FIRs have already been filed in two places in Haryana, Panchkula and Jind. Furthermore, the process of issuing a lookout circular against the singer has begun. According to information provided by the Haryana Police, the process of issuing a lookout circular against singer Badshah has been initiated. A notice has also been issued to the accused singer to appear before the police immediately. The information clarified that the Panchkula Police has removed the controversial song "Tatihari" from YouTube. Taking a strict stance against the spread of objectionable content on social media and in songs, the Haryana Police has taken major action against singer Aditya Prateek Singh Sisodia, alias Badshah. Continuous efforts are also being made to remove reels and short videos related to this song from other music platforms, YouTube channels, and personal social media handles.

Panchkula police have registered an FIR against Badshah for his recently released song and have initiated the process of issuing a lookout circular against him to prevent him from leaving the country. The police had previously asked the song's makers to remove the video. The case against Badshah has been registered under Section 296 of the Indian Penal Code and the Indecent Representation of Women (Prohibition) Act. According to the police, the video depicts minor girls wearing school uniforms throwing away their school bags and running away from their studies. The use of words like "Badshala" also misrepresents the school and educational environment. Furthermore, the song also contains derogatory terms against women and girls. Panchkula police have formed several police teams to ensure Badshah's arrest, and they are continuously conducting raids at various possible locations.
