Hrithik Roshan Rents Out His Property to 12 Years Younger Girlfriend, Monthly Rent Revealed

Mumbai (The Uttam Hindu): Bollywood's 'Greek God' Hrithik Roshan is in the news these days for his recently released film 'War 2'. This film, which was released on August 14 and had a huge budget of 400 crores, has failed to recover its cost so far. Meanwhile, Hrithik is once again in the news for his personal life. It is reported that he has rented out his luxury apartment worth crores to his girlfriend Saba Azad, for which he will also charge rent every month.

According to media reports, Hrithik Roshan has rented his sea-facing apartment located in a very posh area of Mumbai to Saba Azad. This apartment is in 'Mannat Apartments' connecting Juhu-Versova. The current rent of a 1000 to 1300 square feet apartment in this building is between Rs 1 lakh to Rs 3 lakh per month. But, Hrithik has rented this house to his girlfriend for just Rs 75 thousand per month.

According to a media portal, Saba Azad has signed a rent agreement on the 4th of this month and for this she has also deposited a deposit amount of Rs 1.25 lakh. It is being told that Hrithik bought three apartments in this building in the year 2020 for Rs 97.5 crore, which includes flats on the 18th, 19th and 20th floors.

51-year-old Hrithik Roshan has been dating actress and singer Saba Azad, who is 12 years younger than him, since 2022. The two are often spotted together on holidays and at events.
