Pawan Singh's wife Jyoti threatens to end her life in high voltage drama

Lucknow (Uttam Hindu News): Bhojpuri superstar and aspiring politician Pawan Singh's personal life has once again been rocked. When his wife Jyoti Singh arrived at their Lucknow home, high-voltage drama unfolded. Jyoti, tearfully appearing on Instagram live, leveled serious allegations against Pawan Singh and threatened to commit suicide by consuming poison at home. This controversy has arisen at a time when speculation is rife that Pawan Singh will contest the Bihar Assembly elections.

Jyoti Singh went live on Instagram on Sunday and revealed that she had come to meet her husband Pawan Singh at his Lucknow home, but was greeted by police. In the video, Jyoti confronted the policemen and flatly refused to go to the police station without a warrant. Crying, she said, "I am his wife, yet I am being insulted. How can someone who sends the police to arrest his wife serve society?"

In the video, Jyoti sobbed, "If the public doesn't provide justice, I will commit suicide by consuming poison in this very house. My body will be taken from this very house." She claimed that the police station in-charge was threatening to implicate her in a false case. According to Jyoti, her and Pawan's case in court was only about maintenance, while the police were citing matters such as assault or threats of murder.

Jyoti leveled the most serious accusation against Pawan Singh, saying, "He (Pawan Singh) promised to serve society and bring about reforms. He invited me to campaign during the elections, but just 20 days later, he left for a hotel with another girl. How can any wife tolerate this?"

It's worth noting that Pawan Singh and Jyoti married in 2018, but their relationship soured shortly thereafter, and the matter is currently in court. This new controversy could pose a significant challenge to Pawan Singh's political ambitions, as he has recently met with several prominent NDA leaders, including Amit Shah, and there is talk of him contesting elections on a BJP ticket.
