The same data must also be uploaded to the National Disaster Management Information System (NDMIS) portal. Utilization certificates are to be submitted to the department as a matter of priority.

To ensure preparedness, Dr. Mishra instructed all districts to keep emergency control rooms operational 24/7. Additionally, air warning systems, emergency services, and medical facilities must remain fully functional. She also emphasized strict action against hoarding of essential commodities and urged district officials to prevent panic buying by implementing necessary enforcement measures. The government reiterated that all essential supplies are stable and there is no need for public concern.
