Ahmedabad plane crash: American org blows whistle on 'cover-up' in 260-death tragedy

An American aviation safety organization alleges that crucial documents were hidden, and the Ahmedabad plane crash investigation was compromised. They claim the crash, which killed 260, was due to electrical failure, not pilot error as initially reported.

Ahmedabad (The Uttam Hindu): A shocking revelation has been made regarding the horrific Ahmedabad plane crash of June 2025. 260 innocent people lost their lives in this tragic crash. Now, a leading American aviation safety organization has claimed that many crucial documents related to the crash investigation were deliberately hidden from investigating authorities. This sensational claim has raised serious questions about the investigation process and its transparency. Ed Pearson, executive director of the Aviation Safety Foundation, stated in an email to investigators that he has obtained secret documents that prove the true cause of the plane crash was not human error, but a major electrical failure.

The Boeing 787 was already experiencing serious problems

According to the aviation safety organization, documents from the crashed Boeing 787 Dreamliner (registration VT-ANB) clearly indicate that its electrical system was already seriously malfunctioning. Pearson claims that the aircraft had been experiencing a long-standing history of short circuits, smoke, and serious wiring problems. Despite these serious warnings, the aircraft continued to operate, ultimately leading to such a massive and tragic accident.

The power panel was replaced several times, yet it was ignored

Pearson also revealed that the aircraft involved in the accident had been grounded several times previously due to electrical faults. Its P100 power panel had also been replaced several times due to technical defects. He explained that the aircraft's power supply was derived from the left engine and was in urgent need of design modifications and software protection. However, these crucial technical requirements related to flight safety were completely ignored.

The real truth was hidden and all the responsibility was placed on the pilots

The American organization has also leveled serious allegations about the functioning of the agency investigating the accident. Pearson states that the AAIB had not made any new safety recommendations for nine months prior to this horrific incident. Most shockingly, instead of holding the aircraft manufacturer and technical flaws to account, the investigators deliberately created a narrative that placed the entire responsibility for the 260 deaths squarely on the pilots and obscured the aircraft's true shortcomings.
