Moga (The Uttam Hindu): Political activity has intensified in Punjab ahead of the 2027 assembly elections. In this context, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is holding a massive rally in Moga today. Union Home Minister Amit Shah himself has joined the rally to deliver the keynote address. His strong address has sparked a stir in Punjab politics and clearly outlined the party's stance for the upcoming elections.

Union Home Minister Amit Shah, who arrived to attend the rally, appeared in a completely different style today. He arrived on stage wearing a saffron-colored turban, which instilled great enthusiasm among the workers present there. As soon as he stepped onto the stage, his supporters greeted him with loud slogans. The rally witnessed a huge crowd and enthusiasm, a major effort to create a pre-election atmosphere in Punjab.

Roaring from the stage, Amit Shah delivered a statement that virtually put an end to any speculation about a future alliance with the Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD), his longtime ally in the state. The Home Minister declared unequivocally that the Bharatiya Janata Party will form its own government in Punjab in the upcoming assembly elections. His confident statement made it clear that the party is now fully prepared to contest the elections in Punjab on its own and capture power.
