Bomb Threat Rocks Gujarat: CM's Office and Secretariat Receive Threatening Email

Ahmedabad (Uttam Hindu News)- Gujarat Chief Minister's Office and State Secretariat have received a bomb threat. After receiving the threat, police security has been tightened.


According to Gujarat Police, a message was received on the official email of the Chief Minister's Office. In this, there was a threat of bombing the Gujarat Secretariat including the CMO. As soon as the information was received, the police came on alert mode. Giving information about the case, Gandhi Nagar Deputy SP Divya Prakash Gohil said that the Chief Minister's security team was immediately alerted. The entire CM office was thoroughly searched. The bomb squad was called on the spot. According to Gujarat Police, no suspicious object has been recovered from the entire premises. The police have registered an FIR against an unknown person under the Indian Justice Code and the IT Act and the person who sent the email is being searched.
