DGCA's strict guidelines: From now no photos, videos to be taken on airport
New Delhi (The Uttam Hindu): The Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) has issued strict instructions regarding the country's security. This new rule will apply to all aircraft that take off or land from military airports. This instruction of DGCA will be Strictly applicable to all those sensitive airports located near India's western border - such as Amritsar, Jammu, Srinagar and Jaisalmer. Under the new rule, passengers will have to keep the window shades of the aircraft down during takeoff or landing at these places.
In fact, in recent years it has been observed that some passengers take photos or videos of the view outside the windows during takeoff or landing and share them on social media.
