Indian Space Research Organisation to launch Chandrayaan-4 in 2028

Ahmedabad (The Uttam Hindu): Nilesh M. Desai, Director of the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO), Ahmedabad, stated that one day on the Moon is equivalent to 14 Earth days. Providing information about ISRO's new projects, he said that ISRO is working on Chandrayaan-4, which will cost approximately 2,000 crore rupees. We are hopeful that it will be launched in 2028.


Chandrayaan-4 will operate for approximately 100 days. The rover will be from Japan and the lander from India. Nilesh M. Desai provided important information, stating that reaching Mars is easy because the environment there is suitable for landing. It will take 10 months to reach there. He also stated that work is underway on Project Venus to explore how to save Earth.
