Major scare for Anil Vij as convoy rammed, minister’s car hit directly

Ambala (The Uttam Hindu) - Haryana Transport and Power Minister Anil Vij narrowly escaped a major accident on Sunday. Panic erupted in the camp area when a vehicle broke through his security convoy and rammed the minister's car.

According to reports, security vehicles were traveling in front and behind Minister Anil Vij's vehicle. Suddenly, a black car entered the convoy at high speed and collided with the minister's vehicle. The collision was so sudden that it caused a moment of panic at the scene. However, the relief is that Minister Anil Vij was not injured in the accident and is completely safe. As soon as the collision occurred, the policemen and commandos deployed in the convoy immediately became alert and surrounded the suspicious vehicle.

Preliminary investigations have revealed that the driver of the car is a member of the Haryana Police's Special Task Force (STF). Given the seriousness of the matter, the Padav police station has registered an FIR and initiated an investigation. Police are investigating whether the collision was the result of negligence or some other reason. Following the incident, the minister's security arrangements are also being reviewed.
