"Couldn't save myself" says Manish Kashyap after resigning from BJP, told the reason on facebook live

Bihar (The Uttam Hindu): Bihar's famous youtuber Manish Kashyap has resigned from Bharatiya Janta Party (BJP). He made this announcement on his official facebook page. Along with resigning, Manish Kashyap came live on facebook and told the reason behind it.

Manish Kashyap said in the live video, "I, Manish Kashyap, am no longer in the BJP. I officially announce today that I am no longer a member of the BJP." He further said that during his recent visit to his area Chanpatia, he met many people, after which he came to the decision that he now has to fight for the interests of Bihar and Biharis. He talked about fighting to stop the migration from Bihar.

Kashyap said that even when he was in the party, he had constantly raised this issue, but now he realises that he will not be able to raise all these issues effectively by staying in the party. He admitted that many people will be happy with his decision, while many will be sad. He requested with folded hands to those who are disappointed with his decision that he was forced to do so. He claimed that he had dedicated his body, mind and money to the party.

On some people calling him ambitious, Manish Kashyap said that he is not ambitious. He said, "If I was ambitious, I would have spoiled their game by contesting the 2024 elections."

Further talking about his future plans, Manish Kashyap said, "Manish Kashyap who could not help himself by staying with these people, what will he be able to do for others? Now he will be looking for some platform." He also said that staying in the party means covering up corruption.

It is worth noting that assembly elections are going to be held in Bihar this year and there were speculations that Manish Kashyap might try his luck from Chanpatia once again. In this regard, he sought opinion from his supporters about where he should contest the election, which party he should contest from or should he contest alone. He also talked about raising his voice against the health department.
