'How to kill husband'…,Wife Kills Husband After Google Search, Cites Physical Intimacy Issues

New Delhi (The Uttam Hindu): A sensational murder case has been solved in the Nihal Vihar area of the country's capital Delhi, in which a 29-year-old woman has been arrested on charges of murdering her husband. The accused wife also tried her best to make the murder look like a suicide, but the Google search history of her mobile phone revealed the whole secret. She had searched 'ways to kill a person' on Google.

According to the police, the woman named Farzana Khan confessed her crime during interrogation on Tuesday. She said that she was not happy with her relationship with her 32-year-old husband Mohammad Shahid alias Irfan, due to which she committed this crime on Sunday evening.

The case came to light when the police received information on Sunday evening that a man was brought to Sanjay Gandhi Hospital in a dead condition. Shahid's brother, who reached the hospital with his body, told the police that Farzana had told him on the phone that Shahid had killed himself by stabbing himself due to debt. However, the police became suspicious after seeing three wounds on the body.

A senior police officer said, "Initially the wife told us that her husband was in debt due to gambling and he committed suicide under stress. But the postmortem report that came on Monday changed the story. The report confirmed murder. The doctors made it clear that no one can kill himself with the kind of wounds on the body."

As the suspicion grew, the police seized the phone of the accused wife Farzana and examined it. The police said, “We found in the internet search history that things like 'ways to kill someone by feeding sleeping pills (sulphas)' and 'how to delete chat history' were searched.” When Farzana was questioned strictly by putting these evidences in front of her, she broke down and confessed her crime.

Farzana said that she was not happy in her marriage. She listed several reasons behind the murder, including lack of physical satisfaction from her husband, Shahid being in debt and his addiction to online betting. She also revealed that she was having an affair with her husband's cousin who lives in Bareilly. Police arrested Farzana on Tuesday and are investigating the case further.
