PM Modi hails NDA's Bihar win as 'Victory of good governance' and development'
New Delhi (The Uttam Hindu): Prime Minister Narendra Modi has given his first reaction to the NDA's landslide victory in the Bihar Assembly election trends. He described the NDA's victory in Bihar as a triumph of good governance and development.
He said that the people have given us a resounding majority, recognizing our track record and our vision to take the state to new heights. PM Modi also expressed his gratitude to all NDA workers.
PM Modi wrote on the social media platform X on Friday, "Good governance has won. Development has won. The spirit of public welfare has won. Social justice has won. I am deeply grateful to my family members in Bihar who have blessed the NDA with a historic and unprecedented victory in the 2025 assembly elections. This overwhelming mandate will empower us to serve the people and work with renewed resolve for Bihar."
He wrote, "The NDA has brought about all-round development in the state. The people have given us a resounding majority, recognizing our track record and our vision to take the state to new heights. I heartily congratulate Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and our NDA family allies Chirag Paswan, Jitan Ram Manjhi, and Upendra Kushwaha for this landslide victory."
PM Modi wrote in the post, "I express my gratitude to every NDA worker who has worked tirelessly. They have gone to the public, presented our development agenda, and strongly countered every lie of the opposition. I deeply appreciate them."
In his final post, PM Modi wrote, "In the coming years, we will work tirelessly to develop Bihar, enhance its infrastructure, and give a new identity to the state's culture. We will ensure that its youth and women have ample opportunities for a prosperous life."
