"We'll identify illegal immigrants, remove them from voter lists and deport them": Big statement from Amit Shah

Patna(The Uttam Hindu): Union Home Minister Amit Shah arrived in Purnia, Bihar, to campaign for the Assembly elections, targeting Rahul Gandhi and Tejashwi Yadav in a public rally. Shah alleged that the Congress and RJD leaders are planning to turn Bihar's Seemanchal region into a haven for infiltrators, and vowed to identify and deport illegal immigrants.

Shah claimed the NDA would win over 160 seats in the 243-member assembly, citing the first phase of polling held on November 6. He also highlighted the Centre's stance on terrorism, referencing past incidents in Kashmir and asserting that the Modi government would respond strongly to any future attacks. "Pakistan's bullets will be answered with shells," Shah warned.
