Chandigarh (The Uttam Hindu): Punjab Congress President Raja Warring appears to be facing increasing trouble over his remarks against former minister Buta Singh. Punjab SC Commission Chairman Jasbir Singh Garhi has ordered Warring's arrest in connection with the matter.

DSP Kapurthala Hargurdev Singh was summoned to Chandigarh and asked why Raja Warring had not been arrested yet. He also stated that a forensic examination of Warring's video would take a week or ten days. The late Boota Singh's son has provided an SC certificate. Following this, Chairman Gadhi ordered Raja Warring's arrest within eight days. Gadhi stated that Raja Warring is not some Robin Hood you can't find.

He said, "The rabbit is roaming around Tarn Taran and Nawanshahr, why can't you find it? This is like saying the rabbit is in the open field, and the hunter is holding his dogs' leash."

It should be noted that on November 4th, Raja Warring made a racial slur against former Home Minister Buta Singh in a village in Tarn Taran. He said, "I heard the name Buta Singh, he was dark in complexion, very dark in complexion, a fellow with a dark complexion. Congress appointed him the country's Home Minister." This statement sparked a political firestorm, and Warring faced mounting difficulties.
