Chandigarh (The Uttam Hindu): Central Bank of India inaugurated its first dedicated NRI Desk at the Sector 17B branch in Chandigarh. The desk was inaugurated by Mr. Vasti Venkatesh, General Manager, International Division, Mumbai, in the presence of Mr. Arvind Kumar, Zonal Head, Chandigarh; Mr. Ram Kumar Yadav, Regional Head Chandigarh, Mr. T.C. Meena Deputy Zonal Head & Mr.Anantpreet Singh, Branch Head, Sector 17B and respected customers.

This initiative aims to provide specialized banking services to Non-Resident Indians, streamlining processes and reducing turnaround time. The desk offers comprehensive NRE/NRO account services, remittances, investment support, regulatory assistance, and technology-enabled banking solutions, reinforcing Central Bank of India's commitment to service excellence and customer-centricity.
