IAS/PCS officers transferred in Punjab; Information and Public Relations department gets new director

Chandigarh (The Uttam Hindu): The Punjab government has ordered the transfer and posting of several IAS and PCS officers, bringing changes to key administrative positions across the state. As part of the reshuffle, the Information and Public Relations Department has been assigned a new director.

The orders were issued by the Department of Personnel and are effective immediately. The move is aimed at strengthening administrative efficiency and ensuring smooth functioning of departments. Officers have been directed to assume charge of their new postings without delay.

The complete list of transferred officers has been released by the government. Further changes in postings are expected in the coming days.
