Jalandhar issues route for Nagar Kirtan dedicated to the 350th Martyrdom Anniversary of Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Sahib Ji

Jalandhar (The Uttam Hindu): A Nagar Kirtan dedicated to the 350th martyrdom anniversary of Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Sahib Ji is scheduled to reach Jalandhar, and the complete route has now been announced. The Nagar Kirtan will depart from Kapurthala today and reach Kartarpur. From there, it will move through Verka Milk Plant, New Sabzi Mandi, Workshop Chowk, and Kapurthala Chowk before arriving at Gurdwara Dera Santgarh Sahib, where it will halt for the first day.

On the next day, 22 November, the Nagar Kirtan will start from Gurdwara Dera Santgarh Sahib and pass through Kapurthala Chowk, Patel Chowk, Basti Adda Chowk, and Bhagwan Valmiki Chowk. The procession will then move towards Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Chowk and Guru Nanak Mission Chowk, where it will be given a Guard of Honour. After that, the route will continue through BMC Chowk, Ladowali Road, PAP Chowk (via BSF Chowk), Rama Mandi Chowk, and finally reach Haveli Point.

A devotional atmosphere is visible across the city as people prepare to welcome the Nagar Kirtan. The administration has completed all arrangements to ensure the smooth movement of the procession.
