Mass Joining Boosts AAP in Tarn Taran: Entire Panchayat and Senior Leaders of Panjwar Join Aam Aadmi Party

Tarn Taran (The Uttam Hindu): The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) received a major boost in the Tarn Taran constituency as Sarpanch Manjit Singh, along with Panchayat members and prominent leaders of village Panjwar, joined the party today. The joining took place in the presence of AAP Punjab Working President Amansher Singh Sherry Kalsi and Cabinet Minister Laljit Singh Bhullar, who are leading the party’s campaign for the Tarn Taran by-election.

Cabinet Minister Hardeep Singh Mundian, MLAs Devinder Singh Laddi Dhos and Rupinder Singh Happy, Chairman Harchand Singh Barsat and AAP leader Gurdev Singh Lakhna were also present.

Those who joined the Aam Aadmi Party included Sarpanch Manjit Singh, Panchayat members Daljit Singh, Dalbir Singh, Kuldeep Singh, Gurpreet Singh, Gurmeet Singh, and other respected village leaders Amandeep Singh, Nirmal Singh, Paramjeet Singh, Raghubir Singh, Ranjot Singh, Sharanjit Singh, and Lovepreet Singh, along with a large number of local residents.

Councillor Deepak Sharda and Chairman Subash Bhagat played an instrumental role in facilitating this joining and in mobilizing grassroots support for the Aam Aadmi Party in the region.

Addressing the media, Working President Sherry Kalsi and Minister Laljit Singh Bhullar welcomed the new members into the AAP family and said that the growing wave of support from villages like Panjwar clearly shows that the people of Tarn Taran are once again ready to elect an AAP MLA.

They said that the people of Punjab have full faith in the leadership of Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann and the honest politics of the Aam Aadmi Party. The villagers who joined expressed their confidence that only AAP can ensure real development, transparency, and corruption-free governance at the grassroots level.

The leaders reiterated that AAP’s doors are always open to those who wish to work selflessly for the people, and that every new member strengthens the party’s mission to build a better and prosperous Punjab. Village Panjwar decided to only support AAP candidate Harmeet Singh Sandhu in the upcoming by-election and Sarpanch Manjit Singh assured the party leadership of the record margin victory of AAP from Panjwar.
