Jalandhar (The Uttam Hindu) – A major breakthrough has been achieved in the infamous Vijay Jewellers robbery case in Bhargava Camp. The Commissionerate Police have arrested the three accused from Ajmer, Rajasthan. The arrested accused have been identified as Kushal, Gagan and Karan.
Special teams traced the accused in Rajasthan.
Since the robbery, special teams of the Commissionerate Police have been continuously searching for the accused. During the investigation, the police received strong information that the accused had fled towards Ajmer. Based on this, a police team was dispatched to Rajasthan, where they laid siege and arrested the three.
While police officials have not yet released an official statement regarding the arrest, sources say that full details of the case and the seizure will be shared soon through a press conference.
It's worth noting that a few days ago, armed criminals carried out a daylight robbery at the Vijay Jewellers showroom in the Bhargava Camp area of Jalandhar. Police administration has been under pressure since the incident and several teams have been sent outside Punjab. Sources say the police are now interrogating the accused to gather information about other individuals involved in the robbery and recoveries.
