Sherry Kalsi Appeals to the Voters of Tarn Taran: Strengthen This Spirit of Seva and Unity

Tarn Taran (The Uttam Hindu): Aam Aadmi Party Punjab Working President Sherry Kalsi said that the Bhagwant Mann government is commemorating the 350th Martyrdom Anniversary of Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji with utmost reverence and grandeur, ensuring that every citizen of Punjab connects with the unparalleled sacrifice of the ninth Guru, who laid down his life to uphold the principles of truth, faith, and freedom of religion.

Kalsi said the Punjab government is organizing Nagar Kirtans, bringing together people from all faiths in a spirit of peace and brotherhood. “Guru Sahib’s teachings remind us that standing up for righteousness and humanity is the greatest religion. The Mann government is spreading this message across Punjab,” he said.

A special session of the Punjab Vidhan Sabha will be held in Sri Anandpur Sahib to pay homage to Guru Sahib’s supreme sacrifice. In addition, educational light and sound shows depicting Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji’s life and martyrdom are being organized in every district, inspiring the younger generation to follow the path of courage and compassion.

Appealing to the people of Tarn Taran, Kalsi said, “This is the government that respects Punjab’s heritage and spirituality. Let us strengthen this message of unity and humanity by voting for a party that upholds these values.”
