Three arrested in kabaddi player Rana Balachauria murder case, including two shooters

SAS Nagar (The Uttam Hindu) : Police have achieved a major breakthrough in the murder case of Mohali's famous Kabaddi player Rana Balachoria. Giving details, Mohali SSP Harmandeep Singh Hans said that the police have arrested three shooters in this sensational murder case from Howrah (Calcutta), West Bengal, while one shooter is still absconding. According to the SSP, the arrested accused have been identified as Karan Pathak alias Defaulter, Tarandeep Singh, and Sukhsher Pal alias Akash. After their arrest, all three have been brought to Punjab.

It is noteworthy that Rana Balachoria was shot and killed during a Kabaddi tournament in Sohana on December 15th, creating an atmosphere of fear in the entire area, including the sports world. Police investigations have revealed that Karan and Aditya fired at Rana Balachoria, while Tarandeep Singh stood ready with his motorcycle started. Following the incident, all the accused abandoned the motorcycle and fled in a taxi. Aditya remains at large. SSP Harmandeep Singh Hans stated that the entire incident was carried out at the behest of Donnie Bell, who is based abroad. Police are conducting raids to find the absconding accused and the case is being thoroughly investigated.
