Arjun Tendulkar marries Saaniya Chandhok in star-studded Mumbai ceremony, pictures viral

Mumbai (The Uttam Hindu) : Arjun Tendulkar, son of legendary Indian cricketer Sachin Tendulkar, married Sania Chandhok on Thursday. Held amid family and traditional rituals, the wedding ceremony was attended by numerous prominent figures from the sports world and Bollywood.

Following the wedding, Arjun Tendulkar and Sania Chandhok appeared before the media and posed for photographs together. The newlyweds appeared very happy on the occasion, and guests wished them a happy new life. The entire Tendulkar family then appeared before the media. A video of the family has also surfaced, showing everyone in a celebratory mood.

Prominent names who attended the wedding ceremony include former Indian captain MS Dhoni, former captain and head coach Rahul Dravid, legendary leg-spinner Anil Kumble, veteran all-rounder Yuvraj Singh, former cricketer and Karnataka State Cricket Association president Venkatesh Prasad and many other well-known personalities.

The couple got engaged in a private ceremony attended by close family and friends in August 2025. Arjun, like his father, is a cricketer. He plays domestic cricket for Goa. After playing for the Mumbai Indians in the IPL, he has joined L&S ahead of the next season.

Arjun's fiancée, Sania, is a Mumbai-based entrepreneur from a well-known business family. She is the granddaughter of industrialist Ravi Ghai, chairman of the Gravis Group.

She has built a career in the pet-care and animal welfare field, working as a veterinary technician and entrepreneur.
