Tragedy in Patna: Father's Brutal Assault Claims 6-Year-Old Son's Life in Hotel Room

Patna (The Uttam Hindu): A heartbreaking incident has come to light from Patna, the capital of Bihar, where a father beat his own six-year-old innocent son to death. This incident took place in a hotel room near Patna railway station. After committing the incident, the accused father fled from the spot.

Police gave this information on Sunday. The deceased child has been identified as Sunny Kumar (6 years), while the accused father's name is said to be Prabhakar Mahato.

According to the police, Prabhakar Mahato was staying with his son Sunny in a hotel near the station. On Sunday, he brutally beat his son in the hotel room over some issue, due to which the child died on the spot. After the incident, the accused locked the room and fled from the spot.

When the hotel staff got suspicious, they informed the police. When the police reached the spot and broke the door, they found the dead body of the child lying inside. The police has taken the body into custody and sent it for postmortem and has started raids in search of the accused father. The police is trying to find out the reasons behind the case. This incident has created a sensation in the area.
