New Delhi (The Uttam Hindu): The world's leading tech company Apple has added a new and unique accessory to its product portfolio. Apple, which is usually in the news for its iPhone, iPad or MacBook, has this time launched not any electronic device, but a premium mobile grip and stand. The company has designed it in collaboration with famous designer Bailey Hikawa. Recently, the company made headlines by launching the $150 'iPhone Pocket', and now this new grip stand has been launched in the market which is a great blend of design and utility.

This new grip uses MagSafe technology, which means it easily attaches to the back of any MagSafe-enabled iPhone using a magnet. It's as easy to install as it is to remove. The stand is specifically designed to minimize user effort while holding the phone. The company claims that the stand offers multiple ways to hold the iPhone, reducing the risk of drops and providing a stronger grip.

The company's approach to launching this product is very sensitive. According to reports, this grip has been specifically designed to meet the needs of people with disabilities. The company says that numerous people were interviewed before designing the product to understand the practical challenges faced when holding a phone. Its ergonomic design ensures that the hands and fingers are not overly stressed while using the phone.

This premium grip is available in two color options - Chartreuse and Crater. Keeping the environment in mind, the Crater version is made using recycled material, while it is also available in some other colors on Hikawa's own website. Talking about the price, it is priced at $69.95 (approximately Rs 6200) in the US, but its price in the Indian market has been fixed at Rs 6,400. Before purchasing it, users should keep in mind that it will only work with iPhone models with MagSafe feature.
