Google photos' 'Me Meme' feature: Turn your photo into a meme in a snap

New Delhi (The Uttam Hindu): If you're also fond of creating and viewing memes, Google is bringing you a great feature. With this new feature in Google Photos, you can turn any of your photos into a funny meme with just one click. This special feature has been named 'Me Meme'. According to reports, this feature can create a variety of meme templates based on a single input image.

According to a report from Android Authority, Google Photos is reportedly working on a new artificial intelligence (AI) feature that will turn users' selfies into memes. This new feature is reportedly in development and could be rolled out to general users soon.

How will this feature work? Android Authority also shared a screenshot of the feature's onboarding page. It reads, "Turn yourself, your family, and friends into your favorite memes. Just choose a template, a photo, and enjoy—perfect for sharing in group chats and beyond."

This feature allows users to convert any photo in their gallery or click a new photo with their camera into a meme. Furthermore, this feature also allows users to choose from a selection of meme templates. Once the photo and template are selected, artificial intelligence will generate an AI-generated meme photo.

While Google hasn't officially confirmed this feature yet, it's expected to roll out soon after beta testing. This new feature can be found in the v7.51.0 update of Google Photos.
