'Though I reside in Delhi, my heart and ears remain tuned to Tamil Nadu': Amit Shah
New Delhi (The Uttam Hindu): Union Home Minister Amit Shah is on an important visit to Tamil Nadu and during this he has given a strong speech. In his address, he said that 'In the year 2026, the NDA government of BJP-AIADMK alliance will be formed here. I live in Delhi but my ears are always on Tamil Nadu. MK Stalin says that Amit Shah cannot defeat DMK. He is right. Not me, but the people of Tamil Nadu will defeat you.'
On Operation Sindoor, Amit Shah said, 'In Pahalgam, terrorists killed our innocent citizens after asking their religion and under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, our three armies entered Pakistan and wiped out the terrorists. Home Minister Shah said, 'I want to reiterate my demand to the Tamil Nadu government that medical and engineering studies should be started in Tamil language soon. PM Modi honored Tamil Nadu by establishing Sengol in Parliament. I hope MK Stalin will write a thank you letter to the Prime Minister for this.'
