New York (The Uttam Hindu): Former US President Donald Trump claimed that three very disturbing incidents occurred against him during his visit to the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA). He said the Secret Service will investigate. Trump addressed world leaders at the UN, where he attacked the institution for “wasting its potential.” He also criticized European allies for their handling of the Russia–Ukraine conflict and accused them of adopting immigration policies that he said were “driving their countries to hell.”

On Wednesday, through his social media platform Truth Social, Trump said the unusual accidents during his visit were not mere coincidences but part of a larger conspiracy. According to Trump, the first incident happened when the escalator carrying him and his team suddenly stopped with a loud noise. He demanded accountability for the incident, writing, “Those responsible must be arrested.”

The second disruption occurred during Trump’s speech when his teleprompter suddenly went completely black. Trump called it a deliberate act, though a UN official (speaking anonymously) said the teleprompter was operated by White House staff.

The third alleged sabotage, according to Trump, was a sound system failure inside the hall. He claimed that the audience could only hear him through translators on earpieces, while his wife Melania could not hear him at all.

Trump insisted these were not coincidences but deliberate attempts to undermine him. He urged the UN to preserve security footage of the escalator malfunction and said the Secret Service would be part of the investigation.
