Baker's bizarre blact: Javed arrested after spitting on chicken feed goes viral

Ghaziabad (The Uttam Hindu): A disgusting incident has emerged from Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, where people's health and faith are compromised. A video of a chicken cook spitting on rotis and then baking them in a tandoor has gone viral on social media. Police swung into action as soon as the video surfaced and the accused cook was arrested. The arrested accused has been identified as Javed Ansari, a resident of Muradnagar town.

What is the whole matter?

According to the police, the incident occurred near the Vardhman Puram police post on the Delhi-Meerut Road, under the jurisdiction of the Madhuban Bapudham police station. A roadside eatery called "Chicken Point" operates here. Some alert customers who had come to eat at the eatery noticed Javed making rotis. They noticed him spitting on the rotis before placing them in the oven. The customers secretly recorded a video of the incident and shared it online.

The owner and license are also under scrutiny

After the video went viral, police arrested the accused, Javed, on Thursday evening. ACP Kavinagar Suryabali Maurya said the restaurant belongs to a man named Wasim. Police are now investigating whether the owner was present at the time of the incident and whether he had any involvement.

Additionally, the police have raised questions about the operation of the eatery. The validity of the eatery's license is being investigated. The ACP stated that a report has been sent to the Food Safety and Health Department to ensure appropriate legal action against the accused and the eatery owner, to prevent such health risks in the future.
