New Delhi (The Uttam Hindu) - MK Bhatia, owner of Mits Natura Limited, a pharma company in Panchkula, Haryana, has gifted 51 shiny new cars to his employees on the occasion of Diwali.

Who is MK Bhatia

? MK Bhatia is the founder and chairman of the MITS Group, a pharmaceutical company based in Panchkula, Haryana, with a substantial business. Bhatia says he faced setbacks, but he never backed down. He explained that he initially opened a small office in Delhi. He moved to Chandigarh in 2015 and purchased another small office. Those who believed the company would succeed became stars.

When asked why he gifts such expensive cars to his employees every year, M.K. Bhatia himself explained, "My employees are the backbone of my pharmaceutical companies. Their hard work, honesty, and dedication are the foundation of our success. It is my goal to honor and encourage them so that they remain motivated and take the company to new heights. The purpose of giving gifts is not to show off, but to strengthen team spirit and family ties. When the team is happy, the company automatically progresses." M.K. Bhatia further added, "We usually gift cars to new hires based on their performance. The purpose is to motivate them and develop a positive attitude towards work."

Bhatia, the owner of the company, said that my idea behind gifting a car is to change the lifestyle of the new youth. He said that in today's time, a car is one of the basic needs of a person. Most of the employees keep postponing the plan of buying a car due to family responsibilities. Keeping this in mind, I gifted a car to my rockstar on Diwali. Priyanka Patial, an employee of MITS Group, said on receiving the car gift, "I had never imagined that I would get a car as a gift from the company, but I have received a car from the company as a gift. This is a proud moment for us. I have received a car as a gift in a short span of 3.5 years in this company."
