The footage, captured from inside a nearby vehicle, shows the individual climbing on the roof of a moving car and sharing a kiss with a girl at a traffic signal.

The incident has sparked widespread outrage, with viewers calling for strict action against the individuals involved. Delhi Police has already taken action, fining the vehicle's owner under Sections 179 and 184 of the Motor Vehicles Act.

According to officials, the accused has been charged with disobeying lawful directions and driving dangerously. The police have also revealed that the vehicle owner has multiple pending challans, including fines for overspeeding, improper parking, and driving without a seat belt.
