“Inshallah, we are ready”: Pak defence minister issues warning amid Operation Sindoor tensions
New Delhi (The Uttam Hindu) – Pakistan's Defense Minister Khawaja Asif has made controversial and provocative remarks, saying that India was never a fully united nation in history, except during the reign of Aurangzeb. He also made it clear that war with India could happen at any time and he does not rule it out.
In fact, Minister Khawaja Asif revealed Pakistan's nefarious intentions in an interview with Pakistan's Sama TV. Pakistan's Defense Minister Khawaja Asif said, "India has never been a unified nation in history, except during the reign of Aurangzeb. Pakistan was created in the name of Allah. At home, we argue and compete. But in a fight with India, we unite." He further said, "I don't want to escalate tensions, but the risk of war is real, and I'm not ruling it out. If war comes, we will achieve a better outcome than before, insha'Allah."
It should be noted that Pakistan's Defense Minister's statement suggests that Pakistan is completely scared. Since Operation Sindoor, Pakistan has been haunted by the prospect of another Indian attack. Just last week, before Khawaja Asif's bizarre claim, Army Chief General Upendra Dwivedi issued a stern warning to Pakistan, saying, "Either stop supporting terrorism or be prepared to lose your geographical presence. This time, India is fully prepared. We will not display the restraint shown during Operation Sindoor 1.0. This time, the action will be such that Pakistan will have to reconsider whether it wants to continue to exist geographically."
