New Jersey (The Uttam Hindu): A serious breach in U.S. President Donald Trump's security has surfaced again, raising fresh concerns. On Sunday, a civilian aircraft violated restricted airspace over Trump's private golf club in Bedminster, New Jersey, causing panic among security agencies. At the time of the intrusion, President Trump was present inside the premises.

According to a Fox News report, the incident occurred around 12:50 PM on Sunday when a pilot entered the restricted zone enforced over Trump National Golf Club, violating the Temporary Flight Restriction (TFR). Immediately after detecting the intrusion, the North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) scrambled fighter jets to intercept the unauthorized aircraft. The jets used flares as a warning and successfully escorted the plane out of the restricted zone.

This was reportedly the second such violation on the same day. Alarmingly, five unauthorized entries into the restricted airspace over the golf club have been reported over the past week. Despite the gravity of the situation, the White House has not yet issued an official statement.

At the time of the intrusion, President Trump was scheduled to return to the White House later that evening. Since his re-election in January 2025, incidents of unauthorized entry into restricted airspaces around Trump’s residences and properties have surged. In July this year alone, NORAD intercepted five different aircrafts over Bedminster in a single day. A similar breach also occurred in March near Trump’s Florida estate, Mar-a-Lago.

In a statement, NORAD said, “Every pilot is responsible for adhering to airspace restrictions established by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), regardless of their location or aircraft type.”
