Bhind (The Uttam Hindu): On the auspicious occasion of Diwali, an incident that shames humanity has come to light in Bhind, Madhya Pradesh. Three powerful criminals kidnapped a Dalit truck driver simply because he refused to drive their truck. The accused not only brutally assaulted the driver but also forced him to drink urine.

Although the police have arrested all three accused and sent them to jail, this inhumane incident has now gained momentum. Given the seriousness of the matter, Chief Minister Mohan Yadav issued instructions, following which Renewable Energy Minister Rakesh Shukla visited the Bhind District Hospital on Tuesday. He spoke with the victim for about half an hour and assured him of all possible help.

Police said this heinous incident occurred in the Surpura police station area of ​​Bhind district. On Diwali day, the victim, Gyan Singh Jatav, had an argument with three men over driving. It is alleged that the men then abducted him in a Bolero vehicle.

The victim, Gyan Singh Jatav, who lives in Deendayal Nagar, said that Sonu Barua, a resident of Surpura village, Alok Sharma, a resident of Datawali village, and Chhotu, a resident of Bhind, arrived at his house on Diwali. They kidnapped him, forced him into a car, and brought him to Bhind.

According to the victim, he was brutally beaten with a pipe on the way. He was then taken to the Semarpura turn in Bhind and forced to drink urine. The perpetrators, unsatisfied, took him to Surpura village, where they assaulted him again, before releasing him.

Complainant Gyan Singh Jatav and his family members reached the Surpura police station to report the matter. Meanwhile, leaders of the Bhim Army and the Azad Samaj Party also reached the police station and demanded strict action, prompting the police administration to take action.

Considering the seriousness of the matter, Additional Superintendent of Police Sanjeev Pathak immediately reached the district hospital and spoke with the complainant, Gyan Singh Jatav. Following the complaint, an FIR was registered against the accused, they were rounded up, produced in court, and sent to jail.
