Dungarpur Road Mishap: Jeep Flips, Ambulance Collides with Truck; 4 Fatalities

Dungarpur (The Uttam Hindu): At least 4 people were killed and 8 others were seriously injured in a horrific road accident in Dungarpur district of Rajasthan. The shocking thing is that the truck which caused this accident also hit the ambulance that had come to take the injured to the hospital. However, the reasons for the accident have not been revealed yet.

This tragic incident happened near Pindwal Hilwadi bus stand in Dungarpur. It is being told that a jeep suddenly went out of control and overturned near the bus stand. To save the people in the jeep, some people present nearby ran to help and gathered on the road.

Meanwhile, a speeding truck coming from behind crushed these people. Three motorcycles parked at the spot were also damaged after being hit by the truck. There was chaos at the spot after the accident.

According to the police, an ambulance was called from Sagwara Hospital to take the injured people to the hospital. Tragically, the same out of control truck hit this ambulance as well. An electric pole also broke due to this collision. Not only this, after the collision, the truck overturned and fell on the injured people. A crane had to be called later to remove the trapped people.

It is being told that the people in the jeep had come to attend a wedding ceremony in Pindwal village and were returning when this accident happened. The police have taken the truck into their custody and a detailed investigation is being done to find out the real cause of the accident.
