Chandigarh(The Uttam Hindu):Punjab Governor and Chandigarh Administrator Gulab Chand Kataria was suddenly taken ill and has been admitted to Chandigarh’s PGI Hospital, where a team of senior doctors is currently monitoring his condition. While the exact cause of his health deterioration has not been disclosed, tight security has been imposed in the hospital premises, and entry for outsiders has been strictly restricted.

Just a day earlier, Kataria had attended a public grievance hearing, meeting citizens and addressing their issues, and had also directed the police to take stringent action against drug-related activities in the state.
