Ayodhya (The Uttam Hindu): Today at 11 AM, the Pran Pratishtha (ritual consecration) of the Ram Darbar idols is set to take place at the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Temple in Ayodhya. In addition to this, idols will also be consecrated in various sub-temples within the temple complex. Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will be the chief guest at the event and will perform the aarti of Ram Darbar. Interestingly, today also marks CM Yogi’s birthday, which adds to the celebratory spirit in Ayodhya.

The Pran Pratishtha ceremony will be led by 101 Vedic scholars, who will chant Vedic mantras and conduct sacred fire rituals. This significant event is scheduled to occur during the auspicious Abhijit Muhurat (from 11:45 AM to 12:45 PM) on the first floor of the temple, where both the Ram Darbar and seven sub-temples are situated.

Before the rituals at the Ram Temple, CM Yogi will first visit Hanuman Garhi for darshan. Afterward, he will join the birthday celebrations of Mahant Nritya Gopal Das and participate in other cultural programs at Ramkatha Park. Saints and mahants have called this occasion historic and a moment of pride for Ayodhya, noting that the efforts of the Yogi government have helped restore the city’s glory and brought it international recognition.
