In Srinagar, Rajnath Warns Pakistan: Only Terrorism and POK Are Up for Discussion

Srinagar (The Uttam Hindu) : After the success of 'Operation Sindoor', Defence Minister Rajnath Singh reached Badami Bagh Cantt in Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir on Thursday. Here he interacted with the army soldiers and also addressed them. He said that today I have come to feel your energy, which destroyed the enemies.
Defence Minister Rajnath Singh said, “I salute all the innocent civilians who were killed in the terrorist attack in Pahalgam and our soldiers who were martyred during 'Operation Sindoor'. I also salute the courage of our injured soldiers and pray to God that they recover as soon as possible. I feel very proud to be among you all today in this difficult situation. What you did during 'Operation Sindoor' under the able leadership and guidance of our Prime Minister has filled the entire country with pride. I may be your Defence Minister now, but before that I am a citizen of India. Along with being the Defence Minister, I have come today to express my gratitude to you as a citizen of India as well.” He said, “I have come to feel your energy, which destroyed the enemies. The way you destroyed the Pakistani posts and bunkers across the border, the enemy will never forget it. You must have seen that people usually lose their senses in enthusiasm, but you kept your enthusiasm, your senses and destroyed the enemy's hideouts with wisdom. Today I have come here as a Defense Minister as well as a messenger. I have come among you with the best wishes of the whole country, their prayers and their gratitude. In a way, you can understand that I have come among you as a postman and have brought the message of the countrymen. The message is, 'We are proud of our forces'.”
Defence Minister Rajnath Singh praised Operation Sindoor. He said that 'Operation Sindoor' is not just the name of an operation, but it is a commitment. A commitment in which India has shown that we do not just defend, when the time comes, we also take tough decisions. This operation was a dream seen in the eyes of every soldier that we will reach every terrorist hideout, whether it is hidden in the valleys or in bunkers, and by tearing apart the enemy's chest, we will return only after destroying those terrorist hideouts. He said, “'Operation Sindoor' is the biggest action taken by India against terrorism in history. For 35-40 years, India has been facing terrorism being run from across the border. Today, India has made it clear to the whole world that we can go to any extent against terrorism. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has clearly redefined India's policy against terrorism, which says that any terrorist attack on Indian soil will be considered an 'act of war'. The understanding that has been formed between the two countries is that no undue action will be taken from across the border. If it is done, then the matter will come out and go very far. Along with this, our Prime Minister has also made it clear that terrorism and talks will not go together and if there will be a talk, it will be on terrorism, on PoK.”
The Defence Minister also warned the terrorists. He said that the success of 'Operation Sindoor' has clearly told the terrorist organisations and their masters hiding in Pakistan that they should not consider themselves safe and secure anywhere. Now they are the target of Indian forces. The world knows that our forces have an accurate aim and when they hit the target, they leave the task of counting to the enemies. How strong is India's pledge against terrorism today, it can be known from the fact that we have not even cared about their nuclear blackmail. The whole world has seen how irresponsibly Pakistan has given nuclear threats to India many times. Today, from the land of Srinagar, I want to raise this question before the whole world that are nuclear weapons safe in the hands of such an irresponsible and evil nation? I believe that Pakistan's nuclear weapons should be taken under the supervision of IAEA (International Atomic Energy Agency).
