Kasganj (The Uttam Hindu): A strange incident has come to light in UP's Kasganj, where a person, angry at a dog biting him, shot it with his licensed gun. After the incident, a large number of people gathered at the spot. On receiving the information, the police and the veterinary team reached the spot, but the injured dog could not be saved.

According to the information, Satish Baba, a resident of Karari Wali Gali, was troubled by a dog roaming in the street for the last several days. This dog was biting people every day. On Saturday, when Satish came out of the house, the dog attacked him and bit him. This made Satish furious. In anger, he took out his licensed gun from his house and shot the dog. Hearing the sound of the bullet, the people around immediately gathered at the spot.

After being shot, the injured dog started running in the street and finally hid in a drain. When people searched for the dog, they found blood scattered all over the street. Seeing the blood marks, people reached the drain where the dog was hiding. After this, they immediately informed the police and the veterinarian on number 112.

Within a short time, the police and the team of doctors reached the locality. The team of veterinarians tried their best to save the dog, but its life could not be saved. There is a lot of anger among the local people about this incident. Dinesh, a resident of the locality, said that if the dog was biting, then it could have been caught, what was the need to shoot it.

People also say that instead of accepting his mistake, Satish is saying that he will shoot more dogs. People expressed concern that the bullet could have hit someone else in the street. Kotwali in-charge Lokesh Bhati said that he is aware of the incident, but no complaint has been received from any party yet. He said that necessary legal action will be taken after receiving the complaint.
